He graduated from the Kyrgyz State National University with a degree in Finance and Credit in 1998. He started his career in 1997 at the banking sector. He has solid experience working at the managerial positions and TOP management at the banking and microfinance sector in Kyrgyzstan for more than 20 years: Tolubai Bank, Optima Bank, Finance Credit Bank, FCB Investment LLC, MFC Alma Credit.

• Since February 2018 - Director of the "Bishkek-West" branch in CJSC MFC Alma Credit
• In March 2018, he was transferred to the position of Director of the Bishkek-Central brunch in CJSC MFC Alma Credit
• Since May 2018 - Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of CJSC IFC Alma Credit.
