Uulzhan Ganieva began her career in microfinance in 2003 within one of the country's leading financial and credit institutions. Over the past two decades, she has developed extensive practical expertise in microfinance, financial analysis for SMEs and Agri-SMEs, and comprehensive risk management for microfinance organizations.

She boasts a long-standing managerial career, including previous experience as a CEO of a microfinance company.

• GARP Certified: Certified specialist in banking risk management under the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) program.
• Executive Training: Completed the "General Director" advanced training course at the Russian School of Management (Moscow), a business school certified under the International ISO 9001 standard.
